As a resident of Middle TN all his life and growing up with the family values that were instilled in him, Jacob understands what it takes to make sure every customer is comfortable and educated on what they are purchasing. He has been in the appliance industry for over 28 years, starting from his high-school job in 1995 and proceeding to where he is today. With expertise in both multi-family and single-family-builds, Jacob can help with either need. He enjoys dealing with people on a first-hand basis.
Kasey was born and raised in Tennessee. He graduated from MTSU in 2005 and has been in the appliance and builder industry for 18 years. He has experience across many areas of the appliance industry, from manufacturer to retailer.
Charlie grew up in North Carolina and graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1982. He has worked in the Appliance business in Jackson and Knoxville for 20 years, and also has 17 years of experience in Logistics and Project Coordination, with particular expertise in construction and remodeling projects.
Austin was born and raised in Middle Tennessee, has been in customer service since 2012, and has been in the appliances industry since 2018. His ability to understand clients' unique requirements and offer cost-effective solutions is something that he takes immense pride in. Austin is a proactive professional in the appliances industry who has established a reputation for delivering exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships.
Haley was born and raised in Northeastern Ohio but moved to the Tennessee area in 2016. She has years of experience in the industry as a Corporate Account Manager. She strives to always take a customer-centric approach to account management and is committed to delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet our client's unique needs!
