To receive a Midea Visa® Prepaid Card, upload and submit the following proof of purchase:
- original, dated sales receipt of eligible product purchased during the program period from participating retailers dated between January 1st 2024 - December 31st 2024
- photo of the serial number for product installed
- Receipt showing installation date and invoiced amount.
- Buy any Midea dishwasher and have it installed. If the installation is over $99: Receive up to a $100 rebate on the difference
- Buy and have an MDT24P5AST installed : Receive up to a $200 rebate
