This company is a fraud. I bought a pair of Sony earbuds (Linkbuds Fit) that they were selling for $41.99. I paid, and the transaction cleared my credit card, the item was mailed, however when the item was about to be delivered, Electronic Express "intercepted the package" from USPS and had it sent back. The mail-in rebates are a scam! For the President’s Day sale we bought a LG washer, dryer and a microwave. We wanted a cheaper microwave but got the model that we did because it would have made us eligible for $400 in mail in rebates. I called up to this location today inquiring on a Dyson vacuum and spoke with Jim. His attitude when he first picked up the phone was so magnificent. He was very happy and upbeat. Just his customer service skills alone almost had me buying a $500 vacuum cleaner.

I went to get my remote start done at electronic express all to find out they don’t do it anymore. They referred me to some guy that use to work for them. He had me order the parts , and he couldn’t figure out how to hook it up, now I’m stuck with a remote start put on my truck that doesn’t work or he couldn’t program. Electronic Express delivered my new dryer today. It was pouring down rain but they still did an excellent job. They got the old dryer out and installed my new dryer. They were very courteous and even showed me how to use my dryer. I will continue shopping with youall. The experience was great! Thank you!
