Was pleasantly surprised that there were more than just electronics in this store. Purchased a 50-in TV, microwave, washer and dryer, two recliner rockers, tv cabinet, etc. employees were very considerate and knowledgeable and the prices were extremely reasonable.

I’m disappointed in the care you give your customers. A year and half ago we purchased a laptop computer from you for our daughter who was starting college nearby. Haven’t had any problems until this week. Her screen stopped working. She brought it in, not knowing that you don’t have a repair department. I Wish I could only Give 1/2 Star . Went in today which is The 26th Day After Christmas to Return my Sons Speakers that we bought him For Christmas went to Hook them up and they are messed up . We was told they have a 30 day return policy and they refused to give us a replacement. Was told store policy they couldn’t give us a replacement . Me and my dad went in there to buy some 12 in Memphis audio m7 subwoofers. The girl said you got 30days if there damage or they don’t work you can bring them back for store credit. We went back to return them cause they worked but not great they popped and carried on. We went out in the store and the manger said we can’t return them cause they were installed. When I bought some memphis 12s in store, the person that sold me the 12s said if we have any problems with them to bring them back within 30 days and they will exchange them. Carried them back and the store manager would not exchange them, he said it was against store policy. When I asked for the store policy it did not state this.
