We purchased LG open box store display freezer unit on January 21, 2025. When we took the unit home, we noticed few visible dents and a long plus short scratches on the front door panel. Had a great experience when purchasing my appliances however the refrigerator didn’t last 4 weeks. Now I have been without my new refrigerator for almost 4 weeks and still not repaired or replaced. The store has my money and they could care less about helping me.
