This company is a fraud. I bought a pair of Sony earbuds (Linkbuds Fit) that they were selling for $41.99. I paid, and the transaction cleared my credit card, the item was mailed, however when the item was about to be delivered, Electronic Express "intercepted the package" from USPS and had it sent back. Janaya is awesome! I had to return a product so I called the store to ask what to do she made it so easy and had my new item waiting for me to over look it before it took it home and she made the exchange so easy. Prior to that I had to make another trip the same day because I needed extra parts and when I called to ask about it I spoke to her and she had it waiting for me also when I got there! H...  See More

Bought an item for my computer. Had previous item from like 10 yrs ago. Got home & thought I was missing an item in the box. Called, no help on the phone. Drove back to store, just to be shown where the piece was hidden inside component. 2 hrs of my time, 50 miles of fuel for something they could have told me over the phone! Outrageous! Check what you buy before you leave!

Store was filthy the glass counters and all appliances were covered in fingerprints and dust…after making my purchase and leaving the store I was called and told that I was not going to receive the deal that I just purchased…had to return to the store and cancel the whole deal over a few dollars Not a good experience!!
