Electronic Express has been happy to serve Tullahoma, TN since, 2002. We are Tennessee's largest electronics store, the one-stop shop for everything you need, including televisions, computers, appliances, and mattresses. This company is extremely dishonest and use their return policy, only whenever is convenient to them. I purchased a ****** cooling pillow from them on Feb 27, 2025 (order #EE178103). Unfortunately, the pillow is defective and it's not providing the cooling feature as claimed and described in the product. Purchased oven/microwave unit 11/9/2024.Oven installed 11/12/24/ 11/21/24 informed Electronic Express (EE )unit was dead. Appt set up for 11/25/2024 unable to fix. I am very aggravated with electronics Express. I bought a brand new TV on December 28th. It quit working all of a sudden in February. The TV was less than 60 days old, but they would do nothing about it and referred me to the manufacturer. I paid $1,800 for a black picture frame to hang on my wall. I ordered a product and then did not put an apartment number in. I called electronic express repeatedly. They said they wouldnt ship it out anyway as it had a security fraud check. They said it would eventually be cancelled if I did not call into verify with the correct department. They finally shipped it anyway according to an email in my spam account I found a month later. I went to return the battery and the manager refused to exchange the item for a more expensive item (???), insisting I needed the original box in order to process a return.
