      Beautiful tv, terrible Samsung support. Btw anyone planning to mount this and put the one box a distance away…there is not a 15m cable available and Samsung support will tell you there is. I talked with them pointed out that compatibility information didn't state it would work for the S95 and Samsung said it would…so I paid for the 15m cord and waiting, opened the box and noticed immediately the connection size is different….

      The TV turns off periodically requiring us to turn it back on. We miss a portion of the show because the action can take 30 to 60 seconds. PS: the remote is sitting on a table with no disturbance, the TV just shuts off.

      Hi Frustrated, It’s unfortunate to hear your TV is turning off by itself. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds. 2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage. 3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet. 4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. Please also try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions. See if Sleep Timer has been enabled. The Sleep Timer automatically turns the TV off after a specific period of time. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer If the Sleep Timer has not been enabled, see if Auto Power Off or Off Timer have been enabled and disable it. - Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Auto Power Off - Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > System Manager > Time > Off Timer If the TV continues to turn off by itself, please call Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.       This OLED Samsung TV comes with a big price tag BUT..........this TV delivers on all levels. The picture is beyond wonderful. Having it hooked up to our home theater system, this TV will complete any high-end system you have. A+

      I bought my TV a little over a month. It was easy to setup. I bought the TV for the no glare feature and I can honestly say there is no glare. I now am able to watch TV on sunny days!!! Highly recommend this tv.

      Difficulty of remote/user-interface makes me not want to use this TV. Every time I turn the TV on, it's a minute or more before I finally can get to what I want to watch. If I had tried in a store first, I would not have bought it.

      I just purchased this TV for the sole reason of the No Glare. I can tell you it makes absolutely NO DIFFERENCE. My old inexpensive LG had less glare. Huge disappointment. I paid the extra money for this feature and it is worthless.

      My new 77" S95D arrived 3 weeks ago. 21 days later it would not turn on. No light . Dead in the water. Did all the typical troubleshooting with support. They schedule technical service for 7 day later . Nothing sooner. I started doing a lot more research on this problem with Samsung Oled TV and surprisingly found this to be a major defect issue among many buyers. Some after repairs made the issue reoccurred Samsung needs to fix this issue and provide new sets for all us that have been experiencing this. I will wait for the repair and see the outcome of my brand new TV which I was only able to enjoy 21 days.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

      I bought this 3 weeks ago. It stop working. Would not power on under any circumstances of trouble shooting the issue. . My service appointment was scheduled for 7 days later. Totally unacceptable. I tried to schedule it sooner but support could not make it possible.
