      Excellent refrigerator but really bizarre decision to go with 73" height. Modern cabinets are usually built to 72". Please reduce height in future models!

      I've had this refrigerator for well over a year now and I have to say it's incredible......the temperatures stay steady, the interior layout is very user friendly and the beverage center is awesome. I've never run out ice, and I'm a real fan of the flex section that can be used as a refrigerator or a freezer......and it works! Being able to change out the door panels would allow for matching the appliance to any kitchen make over that may take place. I could go on forever regarding how incredible this refrigerator is, or, I could just say it's a Samsung....that says quite a bit right there. I know it will last! This is my third Samsung refrigerator....I've never had a problem with any of them, I've just upgraded to newer models with more features. Istill use my first one in my basement as an 'extra'. It still performs like it did the day I bught it. Every major appliance in my home is a Samsung, and I'm pleased with all of them.

      Purchased in Nov 2024. The refrigerator is quiet and we love the beverage center. I added an extra in-line filter behind the fridge to remove more things like PFAS etc. and the water tastes great which is saying a lot since I really don't like plain water. The beverage pitcher is a fantastic feature that we use every day for cooking etc. Also with the Flex feature we made bottom right side a fridge for my daughter for easy access from her wheelchair.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

      I got the refrigerator and everything worked well but then all the plastic hosing on all the clips on both top doors cracked. It seems like the plastic around all the clips are brittle and cracked. Now one panel has completely fallen off and the refrigerator looks horrible. I got some quotes that the whole door (2) needs to be replaced for such a small part. I barely got a whole year worth of use out of it. Customer service hasn't been any help either.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

      The refriogerator is great, but when doors get dents, it does not seem to have an easy option to replace them. Mine came with dents when I bought my condo and I have to live with them forever. Would have been nice to have the option to customize and change them. Other than that, I am fairly happy with it.

      Easy to Scratch and Dent: Black Stainless Steel

      We bought this appliance about 2 years ago. It works fine and haven't had an issue except for their cosmetic flaws. If I were to purchase another fridge, it would not be this one solely because the black stainless steels scratches and dents SO EASILY. The dents are noticeable because it reflects off the light and there's no way to fix the scratched paint. I really wish we purchased the ones with the glass doors instead. If possible, I would even buy the Samsung glass doors from the Bespoke line to replace our current doors but I do not believe they are compatible.

      I have had my refrigerator for a little over 2 months. It is performing nearly perfect. I love how bright the interior is lighted, the stainless steel is easy too clean, I like not having handles. The freezor is larger than I expected. I use both lower sections on freeze. The only thing I am not happy with are the ice baskets. The cubes freeze together and have to be broken apart or dumped and start over frequently. Over all I am pleased with my new refrigerator.
