Upon turning the TV on, in HDR and Dolby vision mode, the tv would turn the whites into weird greens and yellows. Like bright highlighters.       This is my first LG product. I was impressed with how sleek the size of the TV is. I like the size and how thin it is which makes the TV look modern in the living area. I love the remote and that there is a mouse feature. It makes it much easier to browse my favorite apps. Some of the more popular apps were pre-installed and that made using the Tv so much easier. The picture quality is amazing, I feel like I am in a movie theatre with the quality. The picture quality does not look distorted and the lighting is just right. I got this TV because I enjoy watching movies and streaming and felt it was the right size to get the job done. I was given this product in exchange for my honest review.

      I bought this 2 weeks ago and regret it. Although the picture looks great, the interface is very bloated and complicated compared to a Roku. Sometimes simpler is better. But one of the worst things is the lack of ability to pause live TV. Had I known this, I would have bought something else.

      TV turns off by itself and 2 months in still not resolved. Known issue if you google it. Seems like they don't know how to resolve. Troubling.

      Tv is ok, Customization of Home Screen is not. A full screen littered with apps, device functions, and card lists that cannot be removed instead of things that might be useful like maybe a display of the time which is nonexistent. Cannot change background, cannot clean up home page. The only apps or features that can be removed are those that the user has installed. Not everyone likes sports, wants lg channels, surfs the web, or needs use of camera functions to just name a few. Adding all these features is fine but forcing them isn't. If you're looking for a tv with a clean home screen with simple things like just being able to add the time/date or any other info that may. Be of use, LG tv's are not it.

      You won't find a better TV for the money. Definition is crisp, the sound is clear and spacious, and navigating the controls and commands is intuitive. My only knock is the difficulty in getting someone to install it, and ordering the hardware to hang it - it's not easy or inexpensive.

      The tv has an amazing picture quality and it's a great upgrade from my last LG, I love how dark the shade of black it and how the screen has pixels that are lit rather than having light coming from the edges, we'll worth the price for such and excellent TV.

      My husband and I were both blown away with the picture and color. We have an older sound system but the sound on this TV blows our sound system away. I will definitely tell everyone I know this LG model LED77C4P is the best in our book.

      Two problems: 1. The remote displays a confusing On-Screen POINTER which activate some unwanted function. Teh Support stated the Programmers are working to fix this bug 2. After going to an App (Netflix or Prime) going back to the Cable service Provider (Spectrum) takes multiple clicks
