The GE Café Dual-Fuel Professional Range is a powerful performer with dual-fuel technology, giving you versatility with a 6 dual stack burner gas cooktop and an electric oven. Burners deliver a range of heat settings, from simmer to boil, while the reversible grates accommodate flat pots and pans, as well as round-bottom woks. The edge-to-edge cooktop makes it easy to move pots and pans from burner to burner with decreased risk of tipping over. The Professional Oven System uses reverse-air convection with an infrared broil and gas burner to deliver outstanding results every time.
