The cloud type of description didn't mean what I expected. These pillows just a standart foam pillows. The customer service didn't want to hear about it and do anything about it. I am VERY disappointed.

Me and my partner are so happy with this purchase. The pillow is really supportive for our necks but gives just the right amount of cushion and softness to strike the perfect balance for our sleep. We have been sleeping so much more soundly now. Would definitely recommend for the stomach or back sleeper.

I ordered these to replace my first set after 5 yrs These are very disappointing. They are already flat and not supportive. I can not file a warranty claim but to not having a receipt. I purchased directly from this site. Should not have to be this difficult to get it replaced.

I have purchased the tempur cloud pillow previously after trying many different brands. I have neck pain and the tempur cloud pillow is the one that enables me to sleep without pain. I recently purchased 2 of the Tempur-Cloud + Cooling pillow as my Tempur-Cloud pillows were worn. This pillow is very different, not as dense and not as much support. I slept one night with it and will give the pair away since I'm not able to return them. It should be stated on the website that this pillow is not the same as the original.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
