      It's a solid design, love the exposed lightning port. My only issue is that any clip on iPhone camera lens (i.e. olloclip, kiwi, etc.) will not work with the case.. which is unfortunate because the times I really need extra battery are also the times I am shooting/filming with these external clips....

      First, the plug must be Mophie specific since non of my other plugs fit in charger. Second, barely got 1 additional charge out of it

      Love the case but it doesn't charge my phone enough. However i had a mophie case for my 6s and it charged fully and the case still had 2 lights on the case after it fully charged my phone.

      Advertised at 2000mAh. Actually effectiveness is probably around 500mAh. Charges iPhoneX about 20%, which based on the case's capacity, it should charge at least 60%. Previous mophie cases I've had were much better in terms of battery life as advertised.

      I love the new design which allows BOTH an apple charging cable and a USB-C connector. The downside - the charge is extremely small. I would rather have a bit more bulk on the case and have it provide a 100% charge rather than 20-40% which it currently provides.

      I've been using juice packs for my iPhones for years, upgrading with each successive iPhine model. They consistently lasted for hours, often keepingmy phone charged for 6-8 hours. The new model for the iPhone XS does not even provide a full charge, much less hours of use. I get a partial charge for roughly 2 hours before it's dead. I am less than impressed.

      The case does what it's advertised. My only complaint would be, and this was pointed out on their website, the smaller battery really is a disappointment. Would love to have seen a version that can charge my iPhone Xs back to 100%. Here's hoping that version 2 will do just that.

      I've had 3 previous mophies for every iPhone I've owned to the point that I waited to upgrade to the iPhone Xs until mophie launched a juice pack for the new model. To say I'm disappointed in the product is an understatement. First off, unlike other mophies, this model offers no protection at all. Within a week of having this case on, I gently dropped my phone once with the case on. The front screen was totally find but the BACK GLASS somehow shattered to pieces. A $5 case from Amazon would have prevented that from happening, but not this mophie. It didn't do even the least part of its job, and the back glass replacement isn't covered by Apple Care making it a $99 repair with Apple Care and $549 repair without through the Apple store. Beyond that, the product doesn't even provide a full-life charge for your iPhone and the user experience to turn it on / off is sub par. All that aside, it doesn't do it's basic job of being a phone case. Worst product mophie has ever released. Do not purchase. - A FORMER life-long mophie loyalist
