      It's a solid design, love the exposed lightning port. My only issue is that any clip on iPhone camera lens (i.e. olloclip, kiwi, etc.) will not work with the case.. which is unfortunate because the times I really need extra battery are also the times I am shooting/filming with these external clips....

      It has a great design with access to the lightning port and use of USB-C to charge the access pack. However, the battery life is not that great. Also, I have had many glitches with the case. It will not charge correctly with my wireless charging pads I already have. It will go in and out of charging constantly.

      I've owned a juice pack for every version of iPhone I've owned. This one is the best yet with exposure of the lightening plug and it's own usb-c charging port I get the best of both works. No dongles needed every for this XS version! Thanks Mophie team!

      Have owned mopie battery cases for previous iPhone versions and they have been great. This one not so much. Phone battery level was at 49%. Turned on mopie and it only charged phone to 89% and it took a while to do so. It also does not sit well on my charging cradles. Does not make a very good connection which causes it to cycle on and off which is aggravating.

      Leaving a space to plug in the headphones was genius. Prior to that, I had to remove the case to listen with wired headphones

      I have been using Mophie products for a very long time. Heading out of country, finally receiving notification that the Juice Pack Access, having read concerning reviews, I ordered it. I am writing from Budapest to report that on every occasion I have engaged the Mophie side of power, it has not added more than 20 minutes of time to my power cycle. I have never experienced such poor performance from any prior product. Sad to surmise the reviews I had read were indeed correct. I will be returning this after my return, and it will take some convincing to try again.

      Love the design. But when I used it recently to charge my phone from 62% it only charged it to 85% before the juice pack was spent of it's charge.

      Charges quickly, works well with wireless chargers. Wait until the phone is moderately drain as the is no auto off when the phone is charged.

      This waste of a product is 5x more expensive than higher rated battery cases on Amazon, yet doesn't work. On the first day, (it was fully charged) it charged my phone for 30 minutes and only an additional 10%. By the second day, it would no longer wirelessly charge. Complete trash, and I've been a mophie customer for years until now.
