Installed this TV about 6 months ago and worked fine until the other day. The unit would not connect to our laptop. The customer service person Flor, stayed with us through the whole process and got it up and running. Very happy with all of her help.

After a couple years of normal use at home, this TV suddenly started flashing full screens of red - green - blue - black screens. I have tried everything and can't stop it. It appears that a component has failed and it has entered a screen test mode. This should have lasted. I have always recommended TCL products as great quality for a fair price. However, this is now the second TCL Roku TV that was have fail in such a short time. I am going to attempt to determine a physical repair, but if it isn't cost effective, I will not be replacing with a TCL pruduct.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

We had this TV for several years. Earlier tonight, when I plugged in my DVD player I got the sound but no visual . I called company support at 877-300-8837. Service rep JM did a great job of helping us fix it. Great customer service
