      We bought the twin to this oven almost 12 years ago.  It worked great in our camper and when we moved into the house it made the trip.  Bought a new one almost 2 years ago and wow, what a difference in quality!  I am so disappointed with the new one.  It does not toast consistently and in fact, have to turn it on toast twice and watch it before it burns.  I tried to bake 2 boneless pork chops on 350 for half an hour.  I checked after 20 minutes and they weren't even close to being done.  I had to cook them in my air fryer!  I don't want to have to spend again for a small toaster oven but now I'm forced into it.  So disappointed in this!

      I SENT YOU A REVIEW MORE THAN A MONTH AGO!!! My comment then was that it is as good as the identical Mini Smart Oven that we retired. HOWEVER: the change in the timer from 6 minutes down to 4 minutes was a mistake! Toasting 2 slices of decent whole grain bread now requires multiple presses of the "A little more" button. Was that down-grade really necessary? So irritating

      I had the larger one for few years, started having problems. Daughter got me the mini smart oven for Christmas. Love, love it! I especially like the feature, "little more". That's handy. Anyway I'm enjoying it and the smaller size now that I'm alone. GBU!👍💕😁

      This is our second purchase of this model. The first lasted approximately 10 years. One day recently it smelled as though wiring on the control side of the oven were melting so....out it went!. Although the model number is the same on our new one, there are some differences. The stainless steel finish on the body shows marks more easily than the previous painted finish. The plug is much improved as it is flat with the cord extending from the plug at an angle such that if plugged into the top receptacle the cord does not block the lower receptacle. The last niggle is that the end of cycle chime ( 5 beeps) is much quieter than the previous. Overall we like this oven a lot. I does everything very well. That is why we chose it for a second time. Most ovens in this size and price range are not of the same quality with poor quality mechanical timers.

      The machine toasts mostly the top. I discussed it with "customer service". I followed the instructions to the letter. The machine was replaced but the issue persists. Works well for bagels but not for slices of bread. if you need a toaster, get a toaster.

      Excellent oven, toast bread perfectly, toasting rolls makes the inside stay moisture. When baking fish that is battered it never over bakes. The settings are exact and the oven signals when finished. Very happy with the accessories provided with the oven. Easy to clean, removal tray wipes clean with a damp rag. Love this oven. Small and compact.

      Toaster works fine. We had it for just more than 4 years now. But I realize that as the lettering comes off, it will soon be harder to use. I wish this was engraved in the metal. Or that Breville could send us another set of stickers;)

      We are on our second Breville mini toaster oven and several family members have one as well. We love it for toasting, reheating and baking. When we had an issue recently, Breville was great to work with. They seem to be a company who stands behind their products and cares about the environment as well!
