      I bought this refrigerator just about 4 years ago and it already broke! The product is very low quality and what makes it worst is LGs excruciatingly slow service to repair this refrigerator. I have already waited for 14 days for a technician to even show up and still not sure what the resolution will be. Stay away from LG product!

      We bought the LG refrigerator in 2020. In 4 years it stop freezing and then cooling. We reached LG customer service. Beginning was a little bit rough. Company who supposed to come and fix the fridge called and refused to do it. We had a week waiting time, called again. That ti.e we were very successful. LGcompany send a very good tech who fixed the refrigerator. They also gave us reimbursement for lost products. We are so happy, how it was solved. Week ago our old TV stopped working. Guess what... we purchased LG TV. I hope we will have many years of enjoyment from it. Thank you LG.

      4 year old French door refrigerator quit cooling. Was able to have warrantied repair service within a few days after text chatting with an agent. The repairman was courteous and professional. He also called the following day to ensure the unit was functioning correctly.

      We love the fridge. Until the compressor went out on it. We had a repair man come out and tell us the compressor was going out. We contacted LG and their repair replaced the compressor. The LG repair was rude, suggesting we had something to do with the compressor going bad. Not nice and and he was condescending.

      It was working well for 4 years and quit cooling fridge and freezer. LG replaced compressor today and said to wait 24 hours. I will wait and see if it works.

      I bought this 15 months ago. The mfg warranty is 12 months. Two fans went out 2 months and service rep told me manufacturer knew this and offered no recall. I won't ever buy an LG appliance again.

      My refrigerator is 15 months old. The fan went out this week 3 months after warranty. My ice maker fan went out 2 days later. I will not buy LG again.

      I bought this product 5 weeks ago and have had nothing but trouble from day 1. The first 4 days everything froze in the refrigerator. After that, the temperature started to rise. We adjusted the temp control lower and lower. The temp went higher and higher. We constantly contacted LG customer care. They told us that someone from service would contact us to set up a service call. After the fridge reached 70 degrees and everything had been thrown out that we had purchased, we returned the item to the place of purchase and bought another brand. After the return, someone from LG texted telling us there is no service person in our area. I will never buy another LG product again.
