I bought this on 28/09/2020 I was initially impressed Lately however the sound bar keeps switching off by itself which is very frustrating. There doesn't seem to be a fix for this. I have tried using different HDMI cable's and different power boards also changed settings to the tv and PlayStatio...

Where are my caps? Soundbar looks ugly and unfinished under the TV. Why in Europe they are included?

Great sound but needs frequent restarting

I have been owning this product for an year or so, it works great in general except that I need to restart the soundbar almost every other day to keep it alive and working. Not sure if its a firmware issue or not. There hasn't been any firmware updates to fix this issue. I have searched around and it seems to be very common issue reported byusers.

I bought this to work with a Windows PC. It connected and worked for one move, now it won't connect. I've tried troubleshooting heaps of things and now I'm getting Gerks2U out and hoping they can resolve the issue. It doesn't seem to work with PCs. It sounded amazing when it worked.

Great Sounds but super annoying

Overall great sound, but super annoying having to always reset every week. And it always keeps disconnecting from google home and need to reset wifi all the time. I'm just giving it a month trial after trying to upgrade the firmware if that would fix that. Or else I'd need take it back to the store I got it from. I would have rate 5 star, but definitely giving a 1 due to the great sound.

Really weak and underwhelming subwoofer. Same output as the 5.1 unit i.e. 300W. A reap off for sound enthusiasts looking for powerful sound systems. Hi-Fi systems are miles better Weak extension speakers as well. I have to hold them to my ear to confirm they are on Not value for money
