      It's a great looking oven and cooks well for the most part. Pros: love the different size burner options, the digital controls are sleek, the built-in temp probe for cooking pork loin is super easy to use, goodbye messy thermometer. Cons: 2 of the burners don't always light right away. sometimes requires a second try. (we hooked it up ourselves, maybe thats it) we stopped using the split oven feature it just didn't seem to cook the bottom food correctly. will need to try that again. the app controls are pointless, although you can set you recipe Temps while you're not home, someone still needs to be present to "start" the oven. so there's no way to preheat on your way home, say. not sure who really benefits from that feature, but i get its prob a safety thing. we tried chicken wings in the "air fryer" (never again) - nearly started a grease fire. Fries and mozzarella sticks are good but baking seems to give similar results. overall we love the low profile and the cooktop cleans up really great. We would recommend for sure.

      Less than 4 old! CFO code! Samsung CS not helpful. Extended warranty service tech tried to get replacement parts, not available. Have to replace stove as oven doesn't work! Purchase date 6/19, delivered 9/2019 kitchen renovation and install May 2020. Other than it's not truly a double oven had lived this range to this point. So disappointed with Samsung. Will not purchase another Samsung appliance!

      It's the worst quality the top absorb all the food and it stuck inside the metal and the company Samsung they have the worst customer service they don't cover anything they gonna keep lying to you and every time you call them they give you different excuse to not fix their products.

      I bought this range in September 2023 with additional warranty on it after 3 months the top start changing color and you can see the oil go inside the stainless and it doesn't go off and when I contact the company they said yes this cosmetic and it's under warranty we gonna change it they sent twice the technician with the wrong part and after that they changed their mind and they said that the cosmetic repair it stay for 30 days only after you buy it. Shame on them. Don't buy and specially don't waste your money on the warranty

      Purchased this range with the idea its a professional style range with high output burners. The range has a pleasant look. However the actual use of it is not worth it. I was fooled by the dual ovens. They do not work with the idea of having two true different temperatures. The temperatures must be in a similar range so don't expect to have one on low and the other on high. Additionally they so not heat evenly and makes it very easy to burn food. The fan makes a terrible noise that i had serviced and will not go away. The air-fry technology is a gimmick so do t expect much with that either. The only good aspect is the high btu burner. Aside from that stick to a more regular range and save your money, i wish i did.

      Looks pretty until after 1 year the plastic starts to fall apart and you have to call in for the fan rubbing against the heater coil over and over.

      Samsung is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with, they hang up on there customer eight at the end of resolving there mistake so they dont have to honor what they've told you, after making false promises you can't even speak to a manager or supervisor, they also try to scam people and do NOT send them the correct item that they actually ordered. This will also be shared across EVERY social media platform out here for others to acknowledge. I ordered the bundle package for black Friday and recieved the wrong gas range, after 8 hours on the phone and speaking to 14 different customer service representatives, managers/supervisors they continue to hang up on you and make false promises and do NOT back up what they say, they tried to charge me an additional $1,000 when I have already paid for all items and again I recieved the wrong range, I placed the order over the phone with one of there representatives who made a mistake and sent us the wrong range.

      I have had this range for almost 2 years. It has been phenomenal. Build quality is excellent and performance may be the best of anything short of a professional style range. The only downside is cleaning it. The surfaces can be a bit difficult to clean and prevent streaking.
