      No issues so far, fairly happy with the M509. Wondering about adding some additional RAM beyond the 8GB it comes with.. Only complaint I have: it appears to lack option for a backlit or lighted keyboard... This was important to me for low light environment which I must work in.

      The M509B is a great notebook; I bought it to replace an ancient 17" (heavy) laptop which was well past its sellby. It is light and easy to carry, plenty of keys, standard and special (Fn) and easy to use. The screen is bright and easy to read and it complements completely my desktop. I am a 92-year-old and have been using computers since the Commodore 64, so I consider myself computer literate. I have no hesitation in recommending the M509B - but I should have gone for the 8GB RAM version.

      Have only had my new computer for 3 days. It is amazingly easy to navigate. I am not savy, but I have transfered all my folders, files, favourites and Bookmarks. It is very fast.

      This keeps up with thd newer models of any brand out there. The battery life could essentially improve but the flow and speed in its entirety is excellent!
