I bought this just to do basic things like Office, browse the internet and watch Netflix. Very easy set up. All features were as promised including a 1 year free of Microsoft Office. Great sound for Spotify and Netflix. Streaming works well. Sleek and compact. Excellent value.

The HP 14s-fq0017na Laptop with Microsoft 365 Personal 1 year subscription included is awesome and such a great price. I would definitely recommend this laptop.

Useless. Shortly after switching it on it decided it did not want to open more than one window, unless I waited for approximately 20 minutes. It also kept freezing for ages, as soon as it started again, guess what, it froze again. It would not even give me the opportunity to switch it off as nothing was working. Pressing the windows button did not do anything. It has now been returned.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I happy with the machine but what a pity that McAfee keeps popping up with imaginary viruses and trying to sell me a three year antivirus plan.

Security and privacy are the 2 most important settings for most of us when we are using our laptops etc, especially nowadays when more and more people's information is being compromised. I would much prefer to personally 'opt in' to these settings and not have to go though them all individually to 'opt out'. Also most people like using Google.

Sent back with two weeks……Tbe laptop was awfully slow from the beginning & never improved even with tech support. The bottom line is the item is what is - cheap & nasty.
