I bought this just to do basic things like Office, browse the internet and watch Netflix. Very easy set up. All features were as promised including a 1 year free of Microsoft Office. Great sound for Spotify and Netflix. Streaming works well. Sleek and compact. Excellent value.

I have to say I have bought quite a few HP products and generally trust the brand. That being said It is very light duty. I can't have two many browsers open while I can have 100 on my phone before it lags. I didn't expect much I bought it to do Zoom meetings. It does not handle Zoom well. Not upgradable in the slightest. I can write documents okay but honestly a tablet and a good wireless keyboard would be a better purchase.

It's a decent laptop. Perfect for what i need it for. I don't like the feel of the keys on the keyboard (maybe that is just personal preference) and it can be a bit slow at times and the fan can be noisy. But for the price it's amazing and it works.

This laptop has definitely filled the row my wife needed. When the kids are napping or we go on a trip she is still able to preform the tasks she needs too. I will say an external drive is a very good idea to add on.

I bought this laptop 6 months and it's been nothing problems. It will randoming crash, won't unlock screen, freeze. I mean this is what you're selling to consumers? A computer that plain is simple doesn't work from day one. At this point I'll take the 350 loss and buy another brand. ill never buy HP again and I won't recommend them to you or anyone.
