      This shelf is just what I have been wanting. It is the perfect height for sliding items for the grill to a cookie sheet or cutting boards. The bad is the height does make it very close to the Handle if you try to close the lid when you have a tray right there.

      What can I say, it's another shelf that folds down. I can't say that my life is changed or I couldn't live without it. It does seem sturdy enough even if I'm uncertain of it's need in it's location. It just isn't something that I use often.

      Great to have the folding shelf. The paper instructions were not helpful, but I found a YouTube "how-to" video, and (once you know what you're doing) installation was super easy.

      Don't like when you lower the front shelf that it clanks against the legs of the smoker. In time I hope it doesn't wear the paint off. Should design with some sort of stopper or bumper.
