It doesn't have an app that you can control the headset with an equalizer for example.

It is an over-ear headphone, but it can't cover large ears. It complies with sound quality, but the output of volume is weak. Especially at the highest volume, the bass beat disappears, and if the volume is lowered a step here, the beat is generated again, but the noise begins to be heard. This can be inconvenient for users who listen to high volume. Rather, 660NC is superior among the same JBL products. It is suitable for users who listen to music with small ears and small volume while noise cancellation at an affordable price.

I had high hopes for these headphones, especially after the disappointment of the first pair. Unfortunately, it seems that the issues I encountered with the initial set persist in the replacement unit as well. These headphones are a prime example of false advertising and consistent disappointment. The description clearly touted noise-cancelling capabilities that are simply non-existent. This misleading information sets the wrong expectations right from the start. Moreover, the sound quality is abysmal. As the volume is increased, the once-promising bass and treble quickly deteriorate, leaving a hollow and unbalanced audio output. To make matters worse, as I tried to adjust the volume to find a sweet spot, I encountered unbearable distortion that made listening to music or watching videos a frustrating experience. It's frustrating to have received a replacement pair only to find that the same issues persist. It's clear that these headphones are nothing but a letdown and offer little in terms of actual functionality or enjoyment. At this point, it's safe to say that these headphones are essentially useless and a waste of money. Save yourself the trouble and avoid these headphones at all costs. The false promises, poor sound quality, and persistent issues make them a regretful purchase that falls short in every aspect.

I was excited to get my first Jbl and noise cancelling over the head headphones. The built quality is ok, but it's disappointing that they arenot loud enough and noise cancelling doesn't seem to work. I'm going to contact Jbl to see if it's a fault (light comes on and sound but there is no difference)

I bought these headphones just over a year ago, they still work but they are significantly quieter now, when I have them on max volume it's about equivalent to half volume on other headphones I've used. The noise cancelling and bass cuts out just below max volume and the bass is almost nonexistent on the non noise cancelling mode. The sound quality in general is okay, they aren't tinny and they have lasted me a while but there are definitely better headphones out there at a similar price point.

Battery and connecting issues

I got my pair of headphones six months ago. Since the beginning, I have had issues connecting them to my laptop and phone. This week, the battery isn't even lasting 10 hours! Charging them takes longer than 2 hours. Noice cancel features are good.

We&#39;re here to help with your JBL Tune 760NC. You may want to try resetting the headphones by turning on the headphones. Then press and hold the &#34;Volume &#43;&#34; and &#34;Volume -&#34; buttons for more than 5 seconds. It will turn off, and restart to factory settings. Make sure to remove the name of the headphones first from your previous connected devices before connecting again. As for the Battery issue, it&#39;s necessary that you use the proper power brick/adapter rated at 5V and at least 1A. It has up to 35 hours of battery life which may vary depending on volume and music content. If the headphones doesn&#39;t meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit. have used JBL before and they have been reliable and sounded decent. But the Tune 760nc have really poor sound and lack of bass and when the NC is activated they sound tinny also they are not that loud. I am not expecting the world for the price they cost but other cheaper jbl headphones sound better.

Tough to get connected

I bought this as a gift and we had a lot of trouble getting it to hook up to the TV. It would not show up in the BT list for the longest, it finally did and it works but it doesn't seem to be able to play over the headphones for my dad to hear and over the speakers so we can hear as well. In the past he had to have a really high volume that was to high for the rest of us and we hoped this could fix that problem.
