I bought this product after my gas powered backpack was giving me issues. I purchased this without a battery pack, as I already had a greenworks lawnmower with a 4.0 battery. I wish I had purchased the 5.0 pack as the blower tends to use more battery that the mower. Non the less, I am glad that I have switched to greenworks for my yard and leaf works. Thanks

Waiting for cordless power to catch up with the needs..... it has. Relatively lightweight (less than 12 lbs.) and comparable to the power of the mid-range Stihl backpack blower.

I bought this backpack blower a month or so ago and it sure beats the corded blowers we had been using for years! My wife and I used two corded blowers for an hour or more to do the job. I am 68 yo with shoulder problems and this backpack blower takes all the weight from my arms, hence the shoulders, which is a dream. The 80V battery will do the whole job with no side didos. If I happen to run down I am patient to weight for the recharge! So now only one of us has to tackle the job and I don't feel tired when I am done! And there is no maintenance (gas and oil to mess with). I also use it to blow leaves out of two rock rivers and a firepit patio!

I purchased this to prevent from pulling a muscle that affects my arm. Using the backpack prevents the strain. Because I have a lot of leaves to deal with it is better to rake first then use the blower to have longer battery use. Recently ordered the attachment for gutters. Hope it does well.

I love this, light enough for me, a female, to use. Easy to start, blows wet leaves and debris easy. The battery lasts long enough to finish job. I do have a back up battery. I also bought the mower. I love both products and highly recommend them. No gas, fumes, environmentally friendly.

I was hoping for more power. Its okay for blowing grass off a sidewalk, but don't expect to blow a damp leaf pile

Hello Benji78 Sorry to hear the 80V 580 CFM brushless backpack blower has not met your needs. With up to 580 CFM at 145 MPH the 80V 580 CFM brushless backpack blower makes blowing through dry or wet leaves and debris a breeze. The variable speed trigger and cruise control allow you to choose and maintain the speed you want. To engage the cruise control lever, pull backwards on the cruise control lever to engage and lock the trigger. Push forward on the cruise control lever to release and disengage the trigger. To use the turbo button, press the turbo button to boost the speed. Release the turbo button to make the blower run at the normal speed. We would be happy to further discuss the functions of the blower just give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).

Upgraded from the 550CFM handheld blower (model GBL80300), which we still have, for quick jobs. We got this because we have a lot of trees and a flat roof at our office property. So far, excellent performance, and the backpack version means your wrist doesn't get sore after 30-40min of use. Especially useful for chasing leaves off the roof of the building - keeps our downspouts clean all winter.
