Mine seems to be missing a part

I hope to improve this rating once I get my issue resolved... I purchased this microwave on 11/28/24 and it seems to be missing the internal light cover (the cover for the light inside the cavity). I can't say for sure what this part looks like because I've never seen it. Even though I purchased an extended warranty, I can't figure out how to reach customer service to GET A NEW LIGHT COVER SHIPPED TO ME. Besides that frustrating issue, I also notice that the inside of the microwave STEAMS UP quite a bit (more than my previous microwave). Overall, it functions as a micowave but there's nothing exciting to say about this product. As for LG, can someone help me figure out how to contact LG and tell them a part is missing? I don't need a REPAIR, the part is MISSING, not broken.

The nightlight issue

We bought this microwave in early December. Overall, we are happy with it. The one issue we are unable to resolve is that the nightlight goes out when the new LG range burner turns on and the fan turns on. The nightlight does not come back on unless turned on manually after the burner and fan are turned off. It is the weirdest thing and we've had the LG technician out but he wasn't able to identify the cause. The schedule is set correctly and the light works. The microwave and range are both connected to wifi on the ThinQ app and the only suggestion the technician gave us for resolving the issue was to disconnect the range from the ThinQ app. He was not very helpful in troubleshooting and was dismissive of why we were bothered by the problem.

Its so hot you can see smoke while in use. It has blown up the thick glass plate that food is set on for warming. After replacing microwave plate. I was told by LG I cannot put popcorn directly in that I have to put it on a plate before putting in the microwave. Blew up my plate 2nd attempt! My plate set was pricey. They refused to refund or replace the microwave.
