After a tough start with the installer (not LG directly but their sub-contractor) I am finally able to fully enjoy this microwave/over range hood. It is awesome so far and I have really only begun to take full advantage. There seems to be plenty learn especially with the ThinQ connection to the range and my phone.

I wish this were just about the product but the places LG has sent me to voice about the terrible installation have been dead ends. I like the products but the combination of bad customer support and the lack of follow through for LG's poor delivery/installation vendor have me questioning getting any more LG products even though I have been slowly replacing each appliance with an LG ThinQ version. Darn!

Dead at 16 months. Magnetron replaced but still needs fuses, capacitor and transformer. Until these issues happened we loved the microwave.

Hello, I own this microwave bought in May 2024. I like it except there is no light or backlight on the control panel. It's very hard to see. Everyone mentions that it's hard to see the panel to select buttons. It seems a little louder than my last LG which was only 2 yrs old. I wish it had a light on the control planel

We installed the MVEL2125F microwave oven over our LG4113ST gas stove. Whenever we turn on the vent, even at low speed, the stove's flames dance wildly and the temperature of the cooking vessel and its contents (as measured by an infrared thermometer) significantly lowers, and even water ceases to boil. We have tried to use pots and pans of different sizes, even a large paella pan, and the result is the same: drastically lowered temperatures, flickering flames, and unsatisfactory cooking/heating. Nothing that we try by way of positioning etc. works, We very much like the unit otherwise, but the inability to use the vent while cooking on the stove top is a serious drawback. We have sent in a repair request on 8/5, but as of yet we have not received a reply

I love the new microwave. It has the prerequisite 30 second button. I use the preset buttons frequently. The front is easy to wipe off when you see fingerprints.
