      My zipper teeth become crooked and then fall off.

      Purchased this cooler as a splurge since the Yeti Tumblers my wife got for our family are great but I'm definitely disappointed. All the other Yeti products I've had have been great. Not sure why this one didn't hold up. The zipper fell apart after just light use and Some of the teeth fell off.

      I've had this cooler before and I loved it. You can take it just about anywhere. Unfortunately my last one began coming apart at the magnetic strip and it didn't stay very cool. I took some pictures and sent them in to yeti. They immediately emailed me back and set up a return. Upon returning my old cooler I was given a credit for a new one of my choosing. I chose the same kind that I had in a different color. Yeti stands behind their products and truly honors their warranties. I have three yeti coolers and although they may be a little pricey I believe you get what you pay for. I appreciate their products, service, and commitment.

      Overall excellent product. Durable and built to withstand whatever you throw at it. I think this is the perfect size for the beach and the boat or any day trip you have planned. The best part is it's hands free. Throw it on your back and you can still carry any other supplies that you pack for the day.

      Absolutely AMAZING. We had a beach volleyball tournament and it held the same ice for 3 days! Before I purchased this backpack cooler I had purchased 3 other ones that were supposed to be "just as good". Well they were NOT and nor did they even come close.
