      I bought this unit and had great success. However, pellets get stuck in the auger and thus then over flows and then one big combustion and fire everywhere! When it works it is the best thing ever, but last couple times I can't get the pellets to flow smoothly into the chamber to keep constant heat...

      It should already be included on the grill instead of having to buy it. It is a must have item and makes cooking so much easier and convenient. But hey someone was smart to make it an accessory. It's making the company money And I bought one. Love our trawler grill and shelf.

      Should be standard instead of an add on option. The Pit Boss comparable unit has it as standard equipment.

      This is a huge plus if you have to prep outside a bit. Very sturdy construction and it takes 3 mins to install. Grill cover fits over it perfectly fine.

      Super easy to install. I think it took me longer to open the packaging than it did to install. The design also ensures that the shelf's weight keeps it stable, so no wobbling or instability. Highly recommend.

      One of the hardware bags had a hole in it and I was missing a screw. Called Traeger and that are sending out a new one.
