      I purchased this as an upgrade to the KitchenAid that was installed by the builder. It looks great, was easy to install and is big enough to handle everything so far. My only complaint is the same as many other purchasers, you cannot hear the auditable signals. Bottom line is you can't use the timer function, you just can't hear it.

      In use for 1 month. Works well with one exception. The tone/beeper is not loud enough to be of much use. If the vent fan is on, the tone cannot be heard at all, even on the loudest setting. Repairman replaced the speaker - no help. I expected the tone to be similar to every other microwave we have used. It is not.

      Overall good with a couple issues. The tone at the end of a cycle is so faint it is hard to hear any distance from the microwave. I called support and they could not determine how to increase the volume. Reheat cycles seem very slow. On the good side it is very good looking and easy to clean.

      We are approximately 90% pleased with our new microwave. We have two complaints: 1. It takes too long to warm things up to our satisfaction. 2. The finish cooking chime is too low.

      I am thrilled with the quality of this microwave. I was a bit concerned by not having a rotating plate but the power and technology on this unit cooks evenly and more efficient than any of my prior microwaves. The features and ease of use are a real win. I do wish the cavity was just a bit larger but it will accommodate most if not all of our size needs

      Super sleek and very modern! We absolutely love our new microwave! It works like no other. In general, we like to warm food up in our oven, which is also KitchenAid but now it's a choice as the microwave works just as good.

      Who knew one could be so in love with a microwave? What's not to love? It sits flush with my kitchen cabinets in my normal kitchen (not one of these modern "gourmet" built-in kinda kitchens, just a down home home) and look really sleak. I like the power of the vent fan and the automatic way the vent at the top opens. Controls are easy to use, the handle is hidden so no gunky build-up from messy hands.

      This microwave was part of a package. I was pleasantly surprised. Even the install guys were owwwwing and awwwwing over it. It is very sleek and looks great. The buttons are on the interior and there is no turn table. It heats great and the settings are easy to use.
