      We bought the washer after 18 years of operation of the old LG washer. After spending so much money we have a washer that does not rinse cloths properly because it uses cold water for rinsing. This is terrible. Shame on you LG for producing crap like this.

      Unit has leaked ever since we got it. Supposed to be an efficient machine, but the only way to keep it from leaking is to run small loads with an itty bitty amount of soap.Service process has been confusing and inefficient (multiple channels of communication from LG and service company). Plenty of texts and survey links, but the machine still isn't fixed.

      Don't get delivery from LG or RXO

      I can't review this product, because I can't get it to my house. They say to contact customer service and not write about customer service in the review. I am still on hold right now going on an hour. Going on 20 days from date of purchase to get this product delivered. RXO, their delivery company, has zero communication skills. I purchased my items on November 13,2024. My receipt says delivery on November 20, 2024. RXO, their delivery company says earliest delivery is November 30, 2024. After many calls, that's the best they could do. I deal with it and wait. I get a Text day of delivery saying my window is 3pm to 7pm. Called 3 times and was "rest assured" that I was next and my drivers would call me 30 minutes before arriving. It is now 8:10pm on November 30, 2024, I have heard nothing from them at except for that first text. I check my delivery status online, instead of green it is all red now. I cal RXO, to find out my order has been cancelled. I receive 3 different reasons in the same conversation. You will have to wait till Monday to reschedule. So it's Monday now, call RXO, the earliest they can get to me is December 9, 2024. And yet a different reason why it was canceled. I call LG, they will not get me to a supervisor, they will not refund my money and here I sit. I am now waiting on a call back from the next higher up person. I fully suspect they will not call me.

      I purchased this Washer about 8 months ago. It gets heavily used. I do love the large capacity and how it can fit a King Size Comforter. It saves a trip to the Laundromat!

      It seems to wash just fine, but I still can't figure why some things happen. The manual says some functions are not available with certain cycles to protect our clothing. It seems I should be able to make that choice. There are times I would like a faster spin that is allowed. Also, I can't figure out why every time I open the door after a cycle is complete that I get a face full of steam that fogs my glasses. This happens every time and I NEVER use the steam function. It even happens with cold washes. The manual says all rinses are done with cold water, so what gives? Also, why are some cycles only available if I use WI-FI? In fact, I don't see any benefit to any of the WI-FI features except for the remote diagnosis of problems. Finally, the control panel display is horrible. If there is any glare or if the light is low, it is almost impossible to read. There is almost no contrast.
