      I recently upgraded my gaming experience with the LG Soundbar S90TR, and I'm thoroughly impressed! As a PC gamer accustomed to using headphones, I wanted to try immersive audio on my console with my wife. The soundbar's crystal-clear audio and surround sound feature have exceeded my expectations, making me feel like I'm right in the game. It allows me to pinpoint the location of the sound in game. The sound quality remains crisp and distortion-free, even at maximum volume - although I had to be mindful of my apartment' vibrating and disturbing neighbors due to the subwoofer's powerful bass! With this price point, this soundbar system fits my budget perfectly. I found the Bluetooth connection method to be the most seamless way to set it up with my TV, while other methods were slightly more complicated.       This soundbar has been a great addition to my family's living room. We have been enjoying movie nights with the surround sound and deep bass. Definitely happy about the wireless aspect. It's really nice not having a bunch of wires snaking through my living area. The sound is crisp and clear, I find myself needing subtitles less and less. Came as pictured, was pretty easy to set up.       Sound bar itself is okay (not great) but LG sent a product with a dent on it - so far looks costmetic but no LG expert is ready to help and validate, based on my discussion with other sellers in the locality - it is a manufacturing defect. The sound bar was free with a TV purchase and LG thinks they can send a damaged unit because its free and they say they cannot replacement the unit. Policy that clearly hurts the customers, I didn't get it for completely free :) , paid a price for the TV and sound bar together. LG needs to own up to their quality check issues and fix this for their customers. Another issue was that the product arrived 15 days, had to deal with customer service who are of minimal help or visibility into why the delays. LG did offer some credit for the inconvenience since the TV was also delayed by that many days. For the sound bar itself: Bass is not upto the mark, tried calibrating in several ways and changed many settings but the woofer produces sub-optimal bass performance. Remote is not super intuitive, thinq app is not too bad though.

      Horrible service from LG, Soundbar does not work and LG taking over a month to fix situation. Sound bar was brand new and stopped working properly and they wanted to charge a restocking fee when I just wanted a replacement. Still not replaced.

      I recently bought the LG Soundbar S95TR, and I have to say, it's completely transformed my home entertainment setup. Right out of the box, the sound quality is incredible. The 9.1.5 channel system delivers rich, clear audio that fills the entire room. Whether I'm watching movies, gaming, or listening to music, the surround sound is super immersive, making me feel like I'm in the middle of the action. The Dolby Atmos and DTS support adds depth and dimension to the sound, especially during action scenes in movies. I noticed sounds moving around the room, like helicopters flying overhead or footsteps coming from behind. It's honestly as close as you can get to a theater experience at home. When listening to music or nature sounds, it sounds as if the experience is right there with you. I appreciate that the separate rear speakers and subwoofer. The bass from the subwoofer is deep and powerful, but not overwhelming—it hits that perfect balance. The rear speakers really enhance the surround sound effect, making everything feel more three-dimensional. Even quiet dialogue comes through crystal clear, which is a big improvement over my TV's built-in speakers. Setting up the soundbar and app was pretty simple and straightforward.       Let me start off by saying that the Soundbar is great, has amazing sound quality, and has a great design. I will gladly change my rating to 5 stars when LG can push an update to fix the constant loss of connection to the rear speakers and subwoofer. There's no excuse for this flagship soundbar not having dedicated support that this issue hasn't been corrected yet. I am not the only one with this issue, as there are many posts about this issue with minimal searching online. Coming from the LG SJ9 as my previous soundbar I was expecting a product that works seamlessly as that and would have bass that beat that system or at the very least rival it. Please come through and provide the fixes that this amazing system desperately needs, LG.
