      I have been using this microwave for almost a month. For the most part it is working just fine. There is a kind of rattle when the turn table is moving. It may only be a loose fit. It is just an annoying sound.

      Attractive, fits perfectly in designed space, works reliably and quietly. Lots of cooking options. I use the 30 second instant button often which can be increased easily in 30 second increments. Love the gentle ding when time is finished. Purchased through online LG website with help from chat representative who answered all my questions and found a microwave that met my exact requirements. Packaging and delivery was excellent.

      So far so good. We have had it about a month and it has worked out just fine. No kids in our house so we took a screwdriver to the side and disabled the child lock. I can say that even with the lock in place it opens nicely.

      I concur with Nana146 on the circuit overload. The spec has 10.4 Amp power. We require to have arc flash breaker, so we put in 20 Amp arc flash breaker for the microwave. It overloads the circuit FIVE times in two runs in one day. On average, it overloads the circuit once a week. It will be in the basement soon enough. This is the second one we trade in. The first identical unit had the burnt smell when operated and louder than normal noise.

      I purchased similar model. Microwave arrived defective and I was promised a refund months ago. I have called LG 11 times. 7 times I was promised a callback which never happened. I do not know how to resolve this issue.
