      This microwave is by far the best one that I have purchased. It cooks and reheats food evenly and I would reccomend this product to all my family and friends.

      Our current home has a fancy microwave nook above the counter. When we bought the house, the previous owners left their small, old microwave. It was fine, but small and heated unevenly. I've been looking for a replacement since day 1, but it's hard to find something which would fit. This microwave fits very nicely since it is very short compared to its width. I can now heat my two plates of cat food without them overlapping and spilling, which by itself is priceless. I like the clean and bright LEDs, so I can actually see what the food is doing, and most importantly this microwave works very quickly and evenly for everything I've tried. The one complaint is the sensor cooking basically doesn't work. I'm disappointed in this because I used heard that microwaves with a humidity sensor do work, and LG knows their tech well enough that I had high hopes, but pizza mode just cremated my slice. Maybe the other modes will do better.

      I wanted to love this microwave because I really like the design. However, I ordered one unit that I immediately returned do to a rattling noise when on. I wanted to give it another chance and ordered a second. The second unit had less of a rattling noise, but the magnetron noise was very unpleasant compared to other microwaves I've used. Additionally, the "0" button on our first unit was not very responsive to inputs. The second unit was maybe a bit better, but still an issue. It is very frustrating because that is the most used button on most microwaves. Finally, we have severe issues with EMI interference with this unit. When on our baby monitor does not work and it interferes with our house WiFi connection. That may just be an issue with our set up, but we have not had the same issue with other microwaves.

      We loved this microwave. Best one we ever had. BUT, after 18 months, it stopped heating and we had to buy a new one.

      After approximately 18 months, this unit completely failed. While I generally like LG products, this one has been a huge disappointment. The warranty expired after just one year. I hope LG will focus on creating higher-quality products that last beyond the warranty period.
