      I needed extra space & the old freezer I had was too small. This one is better BUT I wish it had a drawer (or 2) at the bottom, like my old freezer had. Drawers work much better for smaller packages of frozen foods.

      I recently purchased an upright freezer after years of researching models, colours and prices. As of this date (May 20, 2024), I couldn't be happier with its quality! I can finally buy sale items without having to worry about where I'll keep them, or having to dig down into a wee chest freezer, which is a pain! BONUS: the self-closing door is awesome! I would 100% recommend this item to anyone looking to buy their own upright!

      We've just received our new garage ready upright freezer so we have not had much time to review much. However what we can say is, it looks gorgeous, it's really cold even more than our kitchen freezer (a different manufacturer). You get blasted with the cold when you open the door. So we are hoping every thing else regarding this freezer is of the same quality.

      This unit was installed three days ago, so I cannot vouch for its quality, but we had the last Frigidaire upright freezer for over 20 years. Love the new features, especially the temperature adjustment outside the door, and the interior panel which distributes the refrigerant throughout.

      Love this freezer. We have it twinned with the matching refridgerator. This freezer is really large and it's easy to organize and find what your looking for because it's upright. It's also very quiet.

      Runs quietly. Door is easy to open and shut. Like the temperature gauge on the outside of the door, making it easy to check. Like the glass shelves, so things don't tip over like my last freezer.
