      It's hard to believe that Samsung still can't seem to figure out proper packaging, especially after so many complaints. Our pedestal arrived today with damage in three different places, which is really disappointing. We've already started the return process, but it's frustrating to deal with this."

      This is a bad product, the packaging is very bad. I returned the damage unit 4 weeks ago, received an email confirm they received the returned unit and that they will notify me within 10 business days. It has been 16 business days and no one has reached out to me. I called Samsung customer support, I got transfer multiple times and disconnected. I can't believe a company like Samsung has this kind of customer support. My ticket number is 12363801. Supervisor in charge of customer support please call me back.

      I bought this 1.5 months ago and we have had issues with vibration and squeaking at certain periods during the spin cycle. I went to look into the cause and found that the plastic bracket that holds the washer foot to the pedestal had failed (cracked). I contacted Samsung to honor their stated 1 year warranty and half the support personal stated there was no warranty at which I had to direct them to their own installation manual. The other support personal told me to have the store honor their warranty. Neither makes any sense and this shows you the support you can expect from Samsung. Unfortunately I own a bunch of Samsung appliances because I believed them to be superior but based on this experience this is likely my last. Worthless support and cheap product.

      I ordered this pedestal. The first one came damaged. Has dents all over. Warehouse took it back. Called to customer support and was advised to order a different one and eventually I get refunded. I placed another order for the pedestal, 2nd one arrived damaged once again…this time worst than the first. I have to take this one back to fedex to ship it back…was told to place another order. Just placed the order for the 3rd time. Hopefully this time it will come in good condition. I've yet to receive my refund for the first two and customer service does not help much.

      This was purchased to make the dryer higher up for me due to my bad back. It does not fit the dryer. I cannot get it replaced due to a 15 day return policy. Apparently they do not expect a person to wait to install new products so I lost out on that money too.

      Purchased 2 a week ago and one came Tuesday Perfectly fine the following day the second one came Dented and missinsing the mounting equipment to properly secure the Dryer. Made several calls and chats but kept getting bounced around finally spoke to someone. I got $100 credit but still no brackets to

      Horrible. Do not buy. Gets dented easily sometimes even during shipping or installation. I am not sure why Samsung changed the pedestal. This new one has very low quality.
