      terrible product. The builder used this product at after 2 years it died. It has also been discontinued so even if I wanted to replace it with another one to match the rest of my appliances I can not. I will not be looking at Frigidaire for a replacment.

      This is the third one of this model. We are somewhat restricted by having to install built in models to match the stove. The last two just stopped working after cooking the same dish that required 15 min. on high. We are afraid to do this again. We only use it to reheat leftovers.

      This microwave came with my newly built house Just after 7 months the microwave stop working. I was under warranty and it got replaced. The second one dies just when the warrany expired. That is two dead in just about 2 years. I don't recommend Frigidaire Microwaves.

      Bought this as replacement of similar model (failed after 2-year use). The installation was straight forward and easy. It looks good with the stainless steel frame too. Much quicker, easier and cheaper than call a repair service.

      Hope it lasts longer than the one it's replacing. We really liked the last one (same model) until it surprised us in the middle of cooking a Sunday dinner by going through all the lights and sounds and not heating anything at all...

      The microwave that came with my new mobile home has broken and it hasn't been a complete year. I realize the mobile home was there two years prior to my purchasing it, but two years of non use. It should not have broken this quickly.
