      Hello. I purchased a new home in December 2018. Within the first year my microwave was cracking and I was sent a gift card for another one. Now the new one is doing the exact same thing. The serial number is KG00780174 and the model number is FFMO1611LS. The microwave is no longer being sold now and I'm wondering if this is why. I dont understand how after being in a home for close to 4 years I would need 3 microwaves.

      I am so sad to write that I have another broken microwave. The first time it was the turntable and the item was replaced under warranty within a year. This time the part is more than the microwave itself. It stopped heating the day before Thanksgiving. I think its the magnetron or the main part that controls the heating. The trouble is that I have the trim kit so in order to replace with another model, I have to buy another trim kit as well. It seems that this is a recurring issue after reading recent reviews. There has to be something that can be done.

      Microwave FFMO1611LS is installed in a cabinet with trim kit in the home we purchased 6 months ago. Since that time, we have had 3 magnetron failures, and have replaced the magnetron 3 times. I'm told that the reason is inadequate ventilation in the cabinet. Is this a common problem with this model?

      We have had this microwave for 2 years #FFMO1611LS… yesterday it just stopped heating period right before Christmas and a house full of family!!!! Sounds ok but won't heat anything no matter how long you set the timer for!! This microwave came with the home now, no one wants to help fix the issue!!!

      This microwave heats faster than any microwave I've ever owned! There are quick functions too, and programmable options. Just for reference, the popcorn button is only a little over 1 minute to pop a whole bag of microwave popcorn!

      Bought a brand new home and within few days our New Frigidaire microwave quit working and many wasted hours trying to beg them to help us! Horrible experience with this Company run the other way. They should be ashamed! Took them over two months to respond
