I have had this tablet since it was released in 2015 and its now 2020! It has always worked Great! I do have other tablets and ipads now but I still keep this as a back up and I always will!

I purchased tge galaxy tab A , for a gift for myself right before Christmas but have only attempted to use CV it about 5 times! Problem is. When I touch something yo open it ,IT WON,T OPEN I could bang on it whatever the touch screen DOES NOT WORK MOST of the time, and you have NO TAB TO JUST DELETE ALL YOUR emails,you have to delete 1 by 1!! This is garbage & I WILL NEVER,EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM CAUSE THERE SUPPORT IS JUST LIP SERVICE. THIS IS A PIECE OF worthless junk!!!

Purchased 8/27/17; loved it until about a month ago - now it wont charge. Its not the charger/ cord, which charge the phone lickety split - its something with the tablet. Very disappointed and didn't realize it wasn't even a year old till I went bask thru my orders earlier today and saw that not even a year old and basically non functional.
