Product Description

This full console dishwasher from Whirlpool targets your most soiled plates, pans and glasses. With its 1-Hour Wash Cycle, you are able to clean your dishes in half the time. The unit's soil sensor determines how dirty dishes are and adjusts the Normal cycle as needed to make sure dishes come out clean. The Heavy Cycle handles baked-on messes and other heavily soiled items without the extra elbow grease by adding extra time to the cycle. Now you can also use a clean, dry dish straight from the dishwasher thanks to Whirlpool's Heated Dry Option.

1-Hour Wash Cycle

Clean dishes in half the time so your plates, pans and glasses are thoroughly cleaned up and taken care of in just an hour.

Normal Cycle

Use for normal amounts of food soil to clean up leftover messes from your day-to-day meals.

Heavy Cycle

Second time using this dishwasher and it is leaking at the faucet. We followed installation instructions exactly and everything appears to fit well, yet it is leaking terribly. Whirlpool, how are we supposed to fix this? If no solution, will return.

I always had Whirlpool built in dishwashers in our home. Loved the performance. We recently moved to an apartment as we downsized and had to purchase a portable dishwasher. The price for the portable was so much more. I told myself I could hand wash dishes because lifestyle had changed. Hated it. Always dirty dishes somewhere. Does not get them as clean. I kept looking at smaller dishwashers, used etc.but knew it would make me happy. My life long friend bought me this Whirlpool dishwasher as a surprise Christmas gift. What joy. I am caregiver for my husband who is ill. This dishwasher gives me more time for me and to care for my husband. Everyday I'll thankful I didn't settle for something less. Love my Whirlpool and my friend.😁

Poor dish rack design.

Dish rack design is poor, cannot stack standard cereal bowls standing up. If I bend the tines on the dish rack, the bowls will stand up. I should not have to do this. Faucet adapter has no aerator to control water flow, water comes out at a wasteful pace. Had to go to home center to get the proper one. Price always goes up, quality goes down.

Good basic dishwasher Runs a long time compared to my old Whirlpool .A bit pricey feel that Whirlpool is taking advantage of the fact It's only them and GE making a full size portable dishwasher I only recommend because it has drying option and Ge doesn't It does what it should wash dishes Seems to be made cheaper then my old 15 year old Whirlpool dishwasher

This seems to be the most basic dishwasher you have. It is impossible to arrange soup bowls without wasting a lot of space. I cannot get nearly as much stuff in it as I could in my old Maytag. On line demonstrations are for much more user friendly racks like my old ones. You have a captive audience since there are few portable dishwashers.

Portable dishwasher is quiet and does a good job. I do not like the mechanism for shutting the door, however. The old style locking handle is better. This closes hard and sends my washer rolling across the floor. Had to replace the silverware basket as it was too shallow to hold up long handles and the holes were too large and let my forks go thru. Not designed by a user. But it works well and my dishpan hands are happy.
