I love the overall design and the picture quality. Fantastic TV!!!!!
However, from an installation standpoint, I think LG missed the mark. Putting a giant sound bar on the wall below the TV kind of defeats the purpose of the ultra flat display on the wall.
Why not offer a long ribbon cable to run... to a remote location, and/or a small connection hub box that can be hidden behing the TV in the wall, or remotely located?
Seems to me that most people that will spend the money to purchase one of these sets, will also most likely have a surround system in place and not have the need for the included sound bar.

Great picture with disappointing audio
We are remodeling and decided to get the 65 inch "wallpaper" TV to open up space in our small living room. From this standpoint it has worked out well. Like others have said, for those with a good AV sound system it would be nice to provide a small AV box that could be hidden. Since I knew there was... no such option, I won't deduct any stars for this. But I will deduct 2 stars for not having a way to add a subwoofer to the included sound bar (aka AV bar). As best I can tell, I HAVE to use an external sound system (AV receiver) to use a subwoofer (in which case no sound can come from the sound bar--what a waste). Since this seems to be the case, it would have been nice to at least let the sound bar act as the center speaker for a home theater system. That way, the sound bar would be useful as more than a connection box. But this can't be done either. Unless I am wrong, this is a poor design. (It would even be nice if a wireless subwoofer could be used a la the inexpensive 2.1 LG sound bar.)

I watch CNBC often, and the bottom of the screen has a ticker that moves and changes, but the outline and shape of the ticker are burnt into the screen. I see it bleed through while watching other shows. This is bogus, and should not have happened with this tv.

The Tv is great and I have never seen anything like it. It has worked amazing and people will always be amaze of how thin it is. Being that said and the high price of the tv I bough extended warranty for an extra 700 dollars. Sadly the time I need to get something fix has come, but LG extended warranty has been horrible. The 3rd party their warranty service to people that don't work with LG then they finished the program event tho my warranty still not expired. I paid for the extra coverage and when needed was left with a bunch of phone calls to people that don't care because they don't work for LG.

This is the thinnest TV EVER! Looks so amazing, ads a wow factor to the living room! Amazing picture, easy to install (need 2 people), good sound (base is average, I would recommend adding another speaker), AMAZING ON THE X BOX SERIES X (60 fps at 4k). OVERALL GREAT! The look on the wall is beyond beautiful. It really is as thin as a house key.

This was the first wallpaper OLED, so it has some novelty factor to it that's less valuable years on.
The picture is exceptional, but you have to be careful of burn-in.
The sound bar is average. Yes, it might support Atmos but it still sounds like a medium-end sound bar with almost no bass. Want to add a subwoofer? That's impossible. I'm not talking about just Bluetooth, either, even wired there's no way to add a subwoofer. So, theoretically, LG wants you to buy another one of their high-end sound bars packages to pair with this TV.
"Hey guys!" you'll tell your friends "Look at how thin this TV is!" And then they'll point to your space hogging double sound-bar (but one's actually off) set up and shrug.
It's no surprise that LG nixed the 80s-vibe mechanical pop-up speakers after this model. I am, frankly, a little surprised that they still seem to work like new. I know it's only a matter of time before one of them stays permanently stuck, the way those old Corvettes or Z-350s with one stuck headlight look.
Except for proudly telling your friends how much cash you burned on a 65" OLED, this TV doesn't really have a purpose.
