Hello, I have a C715 TV and the Soundbar TS9030, both excellent. I would like some help: I prefer to use the soundbar in the SOUND MODE "MOVIE", but every time I turn off the tcl tv and turn it on again, the soundbar returns to the SOUND MODE "TV". I would like to keep SOUND MODE set to "MOVIE". Thank you

Sound on tv has to be turned way up to hear. Has to be set on movie as the tv setting is useless. Otherwise would be great

Bought this product based on all the highly rated reviews. A year in and fresh out of the limited 1 year warranty the sound bar will not get past its initial setup when turning on now. Spent 90 minutes on the phone with customer support troubleshooting every possibility and its a shame this product barely made it past a year of service.

Bought this earlier this year and can not believe the poor quality. I read that this sound bar would pair well with my TCL Series 6 OLED TV. However, the sound system constantly has issues. It will randomly have a large input delay. Often, the volume button won't register. Sometime it will have an echo. These issues happen often - and can be really embarrassing when friends or family come over to watch a movie or sports. The only way to fix the above issues, is to unplug the soundbar and then plug it back in. I am genuinely shocked that this product hasnt been taken off the shelves.

The soundbar sounds great! The "surround sound" capability from a single bar is impressive, and the seamless Dolby Atmos integration with my TCL 6 Series television is excellent. Unfortunately the subwoofer rarely functions and when it does sounds heavily distorted.

this soundbar is great when it works right. I have a TCL 6 series tv and I was hoping the operation would be flawless. However, sometimes the soundbar does not increase or decrease in volume from the tv remote and I have to recycle through the soundbar connectivity options (optical, hdmi, usb, etc.,) for the tv to recognize the soundbar. but when the soundbar is working, its pretty good for my 1000 sq foot apartment.

May need a software update. When I use air play, it's wonderful. When I switch back to my TCL smart roku tv, the bass is heavy and muffled. Turn it off and back on and it's fixed. Otherwise, no issues. Very happy with it.
